موقع أركيوعمان هو قاعدة بيانات في إطار المشاريع المتخصصة بآثار الشرق الأدنى ويركز بصورة خاصة على منطقة عمان. إن محتويات هذا الموقع متاحة للباحثين في علم الآثار وللمهتمين بالآثار عموماً من غير المختصين على حد سواء. يتكون المصطلح ArchaeOman من مقطعين، المقطع الأول archaeo (من اليونانية القديمة ἀρχαῖος archaios) وهو بادئة باللغة اليونانية وتعني قديم، و المقطع الثاني عمان Oman وهو إشارة لسلطنة عمان الواقعة في شبه الجزيرة العربية.

يهدف موقع أركيوعمان في المقام الأول لإتمام المنشورات الأكاديمية المتوفرة (مقالات- أجزاء من مؤلفات مطبوعة- بحوث علمية) من خلال محتوى رقمي وبخاصة عبر نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد- مشاهد بانورامية- وعرض للمواقع الأثرية باستخدام نظام المعلومات الجغرافي عبر الإنترنت (GIS). فضلا عن تقديم ملخص موجز عن نتائج جميع الأبحاث.

وسوف يتم عرض المشاريع التالية:

بات (2010-2015)، العين (2010-2011)، الزيبة (2011-2014)، الخبيب (2015)، محلياء (2016)، لزق (2017)، إعادة استخدام القبور (2015-2017)، طوي سعيد (2018)، الخشبة (منذ العام 2015)، إلى مسح المضيبي (منذ العام 2019)، إضافة UmWeltWandel (منذ العام 2020).
